2. Registration and Access

You may need to register with us to access certain services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. FinX may suspend or terminate access for any misuse or violation of terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Share or distribute any content, data, or resources obtained from FinX Career Point.

• Engage in activities that could harm or disrupt the platform or other users.

• Misrepresent themselves or provide inaccurate information.

3. Services Provided

FinX Career Point offers:
– Career consultancy and mentoring
– Professional training (in-person and online)
– Certification programs (Banking, Finance, Sales, etc.)
– Placement support and interview preparation
– Job referrals and placement opportunities (subject to terms)

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment. Placement support is a facilitation service, not a recruitment guarantee.

4. Online Learning Terms

Learners must have access to a stable internet connection and compatible device. Access credentials for courses are non-transferable. Session recordings or materials are for personal use only; sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Full or scheduled payment must be made before program commencement. Accepted modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, or online gateways (as notified).
Refund Policy:
– 100% refund within 7 days of registration and before course starts.
– No refund will be provided once the course has started or materials have been accessed.
FinX Career Point reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

6. Placement Assistance

Placement support is offered only to students who complete the full course and comply with attendance and assessment requirements. Students must actively participate in placement activities and maintain professional conduct. FinX Career Point may provide referrals, job openings, or interview opportunities, but final hiring decisions lie with the employer.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, presentations, graphics, videos, and documents are owned by FinX Career Point. Copying, sharing, or reselling training materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

1.All participants must:
– Attend classes and participate actively.
– Show respect to trainers and fellow learners.
– Avoid disruptive behavior, plagiarism, or cheating.
Failure to follow this may lead to termination without refund.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. FinX Career Point is not liable for outcomes related to employment or certification. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. FinX is not responsible for technical issues, third-party failures, or events beyond its control.

2. FinX Career Point is not liable  for any job rejection by the candidate. Once the placement offer generated finx liability ends there.

3. Maximum 3 no of interviews can be offered as placement assistance based on candidature and other fulfillment of the conditions.

10. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Modification of Terms

FinX Career Point reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Medinipur, West Bengal.

13.Termination of Access

FinX Career Point reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
